Join Gurobi Optimization as a Field Marketing Manager and support our rapid growth in Australia, New Zealand, and India. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, implementing multi-touch campaigns, and localizing global campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, conduct experiments, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance events and campaigns. Gather and analyze regional customer insights to inform marketing strategies. This role requires 8+ years of experience in B2B tech field marketing and 3-5 years in SaaS marketing program development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in Field Marketing within a B2B Tech company, showcasing expertise in driving successful marketing initiatives
  • 3-5 years of experience developing marketing programs for SaaS (Software as a Service)
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Strong events management, project management, and data analysis skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Exceptional ability to establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Track record of collaborating effectively with sales teams, understanding their needs, and integrating marketing strategies into their processes
  • Customer-centric mindset, focusing on understanding the challenges faced by our customers to tailor marketing messages accordingly
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth working environment
  • Foundation in modern digital marketing tactics, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and proficiency in major paid media channels such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), content syndication, and paid social media
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive and collaborative attitude conducive to cross-functional teamwork
  • Ability to excel while working from home, embracing a start-up-like and fast-paced working culture

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and measure comprehensive regional campaigns that encompass relevant content tailored to the target audience, providing a seamless digital and in-person events experience and a well-planned social media strategy to engage potential clients throughout their buyer's journey
  • Develop and execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to equip sales teams with personalized content, campaigns, and engagement tactics that drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Implement multi-touch campaigns encompassing various components, including customer training, vertical events, nurture programs, email campaigns, webcasts, direct mail, paid social media, and digital initiatives
  • Localization of global campaigns to ensure the messaging is appealing to your local market
  • Monitor campaign performance using Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and campaign reports to optimize marketing channels, lead scoring, and marketing/sales funnel conversions. Regularly communicate results and analysis to stakeholders
  • Conduct experiments and continuous testing to optimize events, social media, and demand generation programs
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance events and campaigns, assess lead quality, and ensure a smooth transition for prospects from marketing to sales
  • Gather and analyze regional customer insights, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and support sales with data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the academic and ecosystem teams to ensure successful joint-marketing events with educational institutions, industry associations, and ecosystem partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional language skills are considered advantageous
  • Proven experience in managing agencies, vendors, and large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, Content Management Systems (CMS), and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus
