Requirements
- 2-4 years in event coordination or field marketing, in a B2B tech or SaaS setting
- Strong project management and budgeting experience
- Vendor management and logistics coordination skills are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication to convey strategies, outcomes, and project requirements effectively
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a track record of taking ownership of projects
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign performance
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and support sales growth through well-executed marketing programs
- Organize various events, from happy hours to industry events, ensuring smooth logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and on-time delivery
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business needs
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization
- Contribute to marketing campaigns targeting customer acquisition, with an emphasis on verticals like Retail, CPG, BFSI, and High Tech
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase case studies and success stories
- Provide operational support for field marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with broader strategies
