Requirements

• Full security clearance eligibility (Minimum of 5 years UK residential history)
• Previous experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer
• 3rd Line IT Tech Support Experience
• Microsoft Windows 10 Desktop and Office proficiency
• Knowledge Management article creation experience
• Willingness to travel to customer sites

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting across various infrastructure components
• Performing regular maintenance tasks, including applying system updates, patches, and security fixes, and conducting regular backups
• Diagnosing the root cause of hardware and software problems promptly
• Accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines
