Financial Analyst

Join our team as a Revenue Optimization Specialist! This data entry and financial analyst role focuses on accurately transferring data from multiple customer reports into a single Excel file. You will analyze this data to identify opportunities for revenue optimization, such as underused or extinct codes. Your work culminates in a customer-facing financial report. This position is crucial in helping dental offices improve their operations and capture missed revenue. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Take data from customer reports and transfer it onto a pre-made Excel spreadsheet
• Analyze data to identify deficiencies
• Compute results into a final report for the customer that is converted to a PDF file
• Double and triple check all work for accuracy
• Provide daily support to US team members as requested
• Maintain and continuously work to improve department Excel files
• Help with process optimization and automation for the department
• Create and implement new Excel templates as needed
• Maintain customer files according to SOP’s
• Multi-task between assignments and stay productive during wait times
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company
