Financial Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Revenue Optimization Specialist and play a vital role in helping dental offices optimize their operations and increase revenue. This data entry and financial analyst position requires a detail-oriented individual to accurately transfer data from multiple customer reports into a single Excel file. You will analyze this data to identify areas for improvement, such as underused or extinct codes, and generate customer-facing financial reports. The reports are then presented by a business process expert. This role involves meticulous data handling, analysis, and report generation to support the efficient operation of the department and company. The position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to revenue optimization and process improvement within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Takes data from customer reports and transfers it onto a pre-made Excel spreadsheet
• Analyzes data to identify deficiencies
• Computes results into a final report for the customer that is converted to a PDF file
• Double and triple checks all work for accuracy
• Provides daily support to US team members as requested
• Maintains and continuously works to improve department Excel files
• Helps with process optimization and automation for the department
• Creates and implement new Excel templates as needed
• Maintains customer files according to SOP’s
• Multi-tasks between assignments and stays productive during wait times
• Performs all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company
