Requirements

• Have over 2 years of experience in project execution/management or a similar role within the insurance or reinsurance sector
• Have a transformation mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo
• Be proficient in data analytics tools
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing innovative solutions
• Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and Power BI
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Visio applications
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
