Fintech Business Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• Experience with data and metric analysis to support strategic business decisions
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for detailed analyses and reports
• Use of SQL to extract and analyze data
• Knowledge of programming language applied to data analysis such as Python or R
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker)
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling
• Advanced English
• Good oral and written communication for effective reports and presentations
• Autonomy and proactivity to lead actions and projects with other stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Apply problem-solving techniques to structure and support business strategies, defining the problem, structuring it, prioritizing issues, planning and conducting analyses, synthesizing results, and measuring impacts
• Manage projects with different stakeholders, leading multidisciplinary work streams within projects, controlling and managing deliverables
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research
• Develop business plans and financial analyses
• Monitor area indicators, extract data and conduct analyses, and develop storytelling (both spoken and written) for presentation to diverse audiences and seniority levels
• Perform quality control of your own analyses and analyses performed by other teams that impact your work streams
