Requirements

  • You live on social media (productively). Your screen time is research. You know why that thread went viral, which LinkedIn posts get real engagement, and what makes people stop scrolling on Instagram
  • You write like people talk. No corporate BS. You can turn a complex idea into a tweet that makes people go "damn, that's true." Your DMs are full of "great post!" messages
  • You're a content alchemist. One founder meeting becomes: 5 tweets, 2 LinkedIn posts, 3 Instagram stories, and a killer thread. You see content opportunities everywhere
  • You understand the game. Algorithms aren't magic to you. You know peak posting times, optimal formats, and the difference between reach and real engagement. You've grown something before—even if it was just your own account
  • You're obsessed with quality followers. 100 founders > 10K randoms. You know our audience: builders, operators, VCs, and future founders. You speak their language
  • You ship daily, analyze weekly. Post first, perfect later. But you're religious about data—what worked, what flopped, and why. You iterate based on insights, not feelings
  • You're a cultural sponge. Gaming trends, startup Twitter, LinkedIn thought leadership, Instagram aesthetics—you absorb it all and know how to blend it into our voice
  • You're confidently collaborative. You'll literally put words in our founder's mouth. That requires taste, judgment, and zero ego. You can handle feedback like "make it punchier" without breaking down
  • Your communication is pure signal, zero noise. Status updates in 3 bullets, not 3 paragraphs. Campaign results in one slide, not a deck. You know the difference between informing and overwhelming. Your DMs and emails get responses because they respect people's time
  • You get personal branding. It's not about being fake; it's about being strategically authentic. You understand the balance between professional insights and human moments

Responsibilities

  • Transform thoughts into posts: Sit in on founder meetings, extract the gold, and turn it into content that makes people think. One hour meeting = one week of content, minimum
  • Own the content calendar: Plan, produce, and publish across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Daily posts aren't a goal; they're the baseline. Consistency is your religion
  • Growth hack with soul: Experiment with formats, timing, and tactics to 10x our reach. But never sacrifice authenticity for numbers. We want fans, not just followers
  • Build the founder's voice: Study how they think, how they speak, what they care about. Become so good at their voice that they RT their own ghostwritten tweets without realizing it
  • Create viral moments: Every week, ship something with breakout potential. A spicy take, a brilliant framework, a story that spreads. You're not just maintaining; you're accelerating
  • Engage like a human: Reply to comments, slide into DMs, build real relationships. The best followers come from conversations, not broadcasts
  • Track what matters: Build dashboards that show real impact—quality of followers, engagement depth, conversation starters. Vanity metrics are for amateurs
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with design for visuals, product for insights, marketing for campaigns. You're the bridge between our founder's brain and the world
  • Study the masters: Analyze top founder brands. What makes @pmarca different from @shl? Why does @gaganbiyani hit different? Steal what works, ignore what doesn't
  • Build the playbook: Document everything. What content formats work, optimal posting times, engagement strategies. Create systems that outlast your internship
