Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of B2B SaaS outbound sales experience, preferably in PRM, CRM, or enterprise software
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a high-velocity sales environment
- Communication Skills: Fluent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with prospects at various organizational levels
- Self-Starter: Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Resilience: Comfortable with rejection, persistent with follow-ups, and disciplined in managing the sales pipeline
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools like LinkedIn Navigator
Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales & Prospecting: Identify, engage, and convert high-value target accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound tactics
- Qualifying Leads: Qualify prospects to ensure strong needs alignment with our PRM platform
- Pipeline & Deal Management: Own and manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to close, consistently achieving sales targets
- Consultative Selling & Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in the partnerships/channel sales space, acting as a trusted advisor
- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, providing valuable insights to the product team to refine sales strategies
- Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Keep detailed records of sales activities in HubSpot CRM and generate reports on progress and performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to partnerships/channel sales teams, or sales leadership is a plus
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Generating and converting high-value leads into closed deals consistently
- Pipeline Management: Effectively managing the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing deals in line with set targets
- Consultative Selling: Successfully building relationships with decision-makers and positioning the PRM platform as a solution to their pain points
- Exceeding Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
- CRM Utilization: Efficient use of HubSpot CRM to track and manage sales activities, ensuring smooth sales processes and accurate record-keeping
