Founding Senior Recruiter

Summary

Join Job Mobz, a seed-stage startup, as a founding recruiter for a remote, three-month contract (with potential extension). This role allows for concurrent work on other projects. You will focus on business operations requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle for business operations roles, collaborating with leadership, building candidate pipelines, conducting screenings and interviews, managing the ATS, providing progress updates, developing employer branding initiatives, and guiding hiring managers.

Requirements

• Experience as a founding recruiter
• Experience hiring for head of roles
• 4+ years of experience as a recruiter
• Strong understanding of startup environments and culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Proven track record of successful placements in business operations roles

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the startup's growth objectives
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for business operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Collaborate with founders and leadership team to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate data is accurately maintained
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and key metrics
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
