Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic decision support, ideally in a startup or high-growth company environment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Financial Tools and Platforms: You are highly skilled in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions like pivot tables, conditional formulas, and dashboards. Experience with financial planning tools such as Jirav, OnPlan, AnaPlan, and Adaptive Insights, along with ERP systems like NetSuite, is crucial

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and key metrics dashboards
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide insights into financial performance
  • Present financial data to company leadership, Boards of Directors, and investors
  • Improve financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy
  • Mentor junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s degree (MBA, MS in Finance, or equivalent) strongly preferred for those with leadership aspirations in finance or corporate strategy
  • CFA, CPA, or other relevant certifications are a plus and demonstrate commitment to professional development and expertise in financial leadership
  • Proficiency in SQL is a strong plus
