Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the FP&A function, developing tailored processes and frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that align with Orkes' offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, data, and input for accurate financial forecasting of Orkes' solutions
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Develop financial models that provide insights into different scenarios, assisting in risk assessment, pricing strategies, and growth planning for Orkes' products
  • Work closely with the executive team to set financial targets that support Orkes' strategic goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks to inform financial strategies for Orkes' holistic solutions
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation in Orkes' operations
  • Provide guidance on pricing structures, cost analysis, and profitability for both Orkes' consulting and software offerings
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, considering the dual nature of Orkes' solutions
