Summary

Join our growing health and wellness franchisor as a Franchise Business Leader! This pivotal role supports and guides franchisees in operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand standard maintenance. You will serve as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring alignment with company vision and fostering collaboration. Key responsibilities include franchisee support, operational excellence, performance monitoring, training and development, business growth, brand advocacy, problem-solving, market analysis, franchise relations, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit leadership, preferably in the health and wellness or service industry
  • Understanding of health and wellness trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence franchisees or multi-unit teams to achieve business goals
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey information clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regularly to franchise locations and regional meetings

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing guidance on operations, marketing, sales, and customer service to drive business performance
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to operational standards, including compliance with brand guidelines, health and wellness regulations, and best practices
  • Analyze financial and operational KPIs across franchise locations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing tailored action plans
  • Deliver ongoing training programs and resources to franchisees and their teams, fostering growth in areas such as leadership, customer engagement, and team management
  • Partner with franchisees to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand customer bases, and enhance market penetration
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring franchisees maintain the company’s mission, vision, and values in all aspects of their business
  • Address franchisee concerns and challenges proactively, providing solutions that align with the company’s goals and policies
  • Stay informed about health and wellness industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position franchisees for success
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees, fostering trust, engagement, and a shared commitment to achieving business objectives
  • Work closely with corporate teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support franchisee needs and drive system-wide improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in CRM, POS, and franchise management software
