Summary

Too Good To Go is a social impact company with a mission to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. They are looking for an experienced Franchise Sales Specialist to join their Italian team and help grow the business in Italy. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to acquire franchised supermarkets and Horeca, spending 60% of the time contacting and visiting potential partners, and working with quarterly and monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, including cold acquisition
  • Strong communication skills and feel comfortable when you approach people via email, phone and face-to-face
  • Good knowledge or previous experience working with supermarkets and/or Horeca franchises is highly desirable
  • Fully proficient in Italian (C1-C2) and have a well understanding of spoken and written English
  • Genuine passion for the mission
  • Positive, proactive, creative and resourceful
  • Resiliency to work with targets & KPI’s
  • Organisational skills and able to work independently and efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Sales Acquisition: Proactively call and visit potential franchise stores and build relationships
  • Proactive business development: continuously research the market to identify potential new business opportunities
  • Post-sales support: helping new active stores use the app and our other tools
  • Pipeline management: build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the food industry is a plus
