Sales Onboarding Specialist in Bulgaria

Summary

The job is for an Onboarding Support Specialist at Tide, a finance & admin platform designed for small businesses. The role involves handling calls with potential members, guiding them through the signup process, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the business development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills, previous customer service or telesales experience, be target driven, comfortable with constant change, and able to articulate onboarding requirements efficiently. Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Previous customer service or telesales experience

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential members
• Guide potential members through the signup process
• Answer questions and use persuasion skills to convert potential members into full fledged Tide Members!
• Work with the KYC team to ensure that members have provided all the correct documentation
• Troubleshoot any issues that come their way
• Support the business development team with cold-calling leads who haven't heard of Tide and convert them into active members/customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML, and associated regulations
• Previous experience working with a Fintech or digital bank
• Experience of using Zendesk or similar and Predictive (or power) dialer
