Fraud Innovation Senior Specialist

Summary

Join Bitso's Fraud Prevention team as an Innovation Sr Specialist! You will collaborate with various teams to create secure user experiences and protect Bitso and its customers. The position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and experience in project or product management within fraud prevention. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Based in Mexico
• Proven experience in project management, product management, or fraud prevention
• Strong understanding of fraud risks, trends, and mitigation strategies
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with agile methodologies and prioritization frameworks

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize a roadmap of fraud prevention projects aligned with company objectives
• Foster discussions with Product and Engineering on potential solutions to the main challenges the Fraud Prevention team faces
• Identify and prioritize innovative solutions to address emerging fraud risks
• Partner with product, development, and onboarding teams to ensure integration of fraud prevention measures into products and processes
• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders for alignment and communication
• Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness, working together with Product teams
• Monitor outcomes and adjust based on data insights and stakeholder feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and pilot new technologies to enhance fraud prevention capabilities
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and communicate progress to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with fraud detection tools and technologies
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and their intersection with fraud risks
