Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
  • A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions
  • An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage
  • A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information and reports to management
  • Research, track, maintain, and update the lead generation database to support business development
  • Make outgoing calls to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads and gather necessary information
  • Achieve target Key Goal Indicators (KGI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
