Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects
- Experience using CRM software and lead generation tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
- A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions
- An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage
- A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information and reports to management
- Research, track, maintain, and update the lead generation database to support business development
- Make outgoing calls to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Contact prospects to qualify leads and gather necessary information
- Achieve target Key Goal Indicators (KGI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
