Summary

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, customer onboarding or related roles
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and strong problem solving skills
• Ability to drive complex projects with cross-functional teams on aggressive timelines

Responsibilities

• Partner alongside Business Development in vetting, onboarding and managing new distribution relationships across multiple channels
• Work closely with Business Development Leadership to propose which channels are best suited for business growth
• Gain commitment around production goals and hold distribution partners accountable
• Provide producers product education and additional support to ensure long term success and engagement
• Assist in building and continually improving Business Development strategies to ensure effective lead acquisition and strategic alignment
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Operations and Insurance teams to create strategy and materials around distribution partner adoption and to achieve production goals
