Requirements

+5 years of experience in talent development and learning roles in tech global companies & scaling teams-MUST

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute training programs to address a variety of talent development needs globally across the organization
• Partner with the business, Wizards at all levels, to build learning solutions which are accurate to the field needs and can scale and flex with the organization as it grows
• Content creation customized to Wiz culture and specific needs and processes
• Facilitation of workshops, offsites sessions, and other learning forums-facilitation could be both virtual and in-person
• Ongoing management of the LMS, assuring content relevance and effective use of learning consumption
• Ongoing measurement of learning effectiveness to always assure we deliver the best learning solution

Preferred Qualifications

BA in a related field, MA/MBA - advantage
