Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious goals, with a focus on fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Extensive experience in agency recruiting, combined with a background in either big tech or startup environments, providing valuable insights and perspectives to drive success
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Experience establishing and refining processes focused on operational efficiencies while aligning team efforts to organizational goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients and team members
  • Passion for developing talent and supporting the growth and success of team members through mentorship, coaching, and empowerment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Talent Partners, empowering them to excel in client leadership and candidate experience
  • Set clear performance expectations and metrics for the team, holding them accountable for results while providing support and guidance to ensure success
  • Establish processes and drive operational efficiencies that ensure the team’s strategies are aligned with company goals
  • Drive revenue through successful placements, leveraging team strengths and resources to exceed targets and deliver exceptional talent to clients
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Invest in the professional development of team members, providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth to enhance individual and collective capabilities
