Summary
Join Skillsoft's Fulfilment Team and ensure all events are fulfilled and processed according to company procedures, maximizing profitability while maintaining quality. You will be responsible for managing pre- and post-event delivery, sourcing suppliers, and handling procurement processes. The role requires A-level education or equivalent, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills. Desirable experience includes training administration, procurement, or fulfilment. Requirements
- Educated to A level and or equivalent qualification / experience
- Proficient in using MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all events are fulfilled and processed, issues are resolved or escalated prior to delivery
- Source, onboard, and evaluate suppliers where required
- Follow operational process and procedures, in line with internal and legal requirements
- Complete the procurement process from raising and sending of Purchase Order, to approving invoices
- Maintain sales responsiveness in line with the SLA
- Ensure we meet our fulfilment needs for , but not limited to, courseware, exams, travel arrangements for instructors, 3rd party providers
- Manage pre- and post- event delivery requirements. (e.g. sourcing of fulfilment items, invoice approvals, etc.)
- Work with the required departments to ensure facilities and equipment are properly provided for
- Work with the required departments to complete invoice processing including checking information, updating costs in baps, and approving
- Assist in such duties as may be required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role; with knowledge of training administration, procurement or fulfilment, and organization processes
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to follow organisational processes
