Functional Analyst in Belgium

Summary

The Functional Analyst at MEDIAGENIX is responsible for conducting workshops and interviews with customers to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications for software adaptations. They are also involved in validating proposed solutions and guiding the development team. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in IT or Economics, +2 years of experience in analysis, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of WHATS’ON and/or the broadcasting and media industry.

Requirements

• You have a Master degree in IT or Economics (or equivalent qualifications)
• You have +2. years experience in analysis
• You are a convincing conversation partner who thinks beyond your own responsibilities

Responsibilities

• You tune our software solution WHATS’ON to the needs of our customers by conducting workshops and interviews
• You are responsible for the functional specifications of software adaptations and for the validation of the proposed solution and functionality, both for existing and new customers
• Your work guides the development team

Preferred Qualifications

Having knowledge of WHATS'ON and/or the broadcasting and media industry is considered a plus
