Funding Program Manager

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Funding Program Manager and oversee funding initiatives, grants programs, RFPs, services credit programs, and other support mechanisms for independent developers on the Sui Network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, public policy, business administration, or technology)
• 4+ years of experience in program management, funding, or grants administration
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and ecosystems
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and evaluating program and individual project performance

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage multiple funding and support programs
• Oversee the application processes for grants and RFPs
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively allocate support mechanisms
• Build and maintain relationships with grantees, applicants, and partners
• Develop and implement metrics to assess the impact of funding programs
• Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders
• Provide guidance and resources to grantees
• Continually research developments in the blockchain industry and Sui ecosystem
