Requirements

• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Familiarity with project management systems
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make actionable recommendations
• Experience in process improvement and user experience auditing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Ability to adapt to feedback and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Create and manage qualification processes for projects using internal systems
• Set up and test new projects to ensure an optimal contributor experience
• Develop and review qualification quizzes and assessments following client-approved guidelines
• Analyze historical data and use cases to provide strategic advice for refining qualification processes
• Develop, test, and ensure the smooth execution of qualification procedures
• Conduct end-to-end audits of the contributor experience
• Identify issues and suggest improvements to enhance the qualification process
• Review contributor feedback to continuously improve the qualification process and overall funnel
