Responsibilities

  • Manage the top part of our sales funnel that needs to be run like a machine, with routine pipeline grooming, outbound lead generation, relationship management, and driving leads to conversion
  • Generate and qualify leads through virtual channels and in-person events
  • Triage inbound interest from all sources and ensure prompt effort is made to qualify leads
  • Develop new sales strategies with help from marketing, design, product, and engineering teams
  • Manage the sales process, moving leads systematically through our pipeline according to mutual fit and readiness to buy
  • Remain the primary contact for our customers post-close, ensuring questions are answered on a timely basis across all domains
  • Educate our team on sales and industry trends, staying up to date on the gaming industry both within and outside of crypto
