• Ability to manage pressure (short time window)
• Generalist background : business strategy and product marketing, product sense, some exposure and understanding of customer acquisition
• Strong leadership as this role will have only few direct reports but should be able to influence and leverage other departments of the org

Responsibilities

• Make Pennylane come out as the winner of the E-Invoicing reform in France
• Define our strategy by aligning all stakeholders and making sure that strategy is well understood, communicated and cascaded down in OKRs of different departments
• Execute our strategy (channel, pricing, packaging) and monitor our penetration to be able to readjust quickly
• Leverage Pennylane’s infra as efficiently as possible
