Summary

Join Xplor as the General Manager of Membr, our flagship gym management SaaS platform, and lead its next chapter of global growth. This SVP-level role demands a strategic executive with 15+ years in SaaS, including 5+ years in senior leadership with P&L management and revenue growth experience. You will own Membr's P&L, define the go-to-market roadmap, and scale its presence across key markets. The position requires expertise in SaaS metrics, agile methodologies, and global go-to-market strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams, focusing on customer success, product-led growth, and achieving key business metrics. This remote position is based in Australia and requires business travel.

Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience in SaaS or technology companies, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership demonstrating successful P&L management and revenue growth
  • Background in scaling SaaS businesses across multiple markets or product lines including the APAC region
  • Expert-level understanding of SaaS metrics, industry trends, and best practices
  • Experience working with teams that use agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies in global markets
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in customer success, product-led growth, and SaaS business models
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

  • Full commercial ownership of Membr’s business – from strategy to execution, sales to margin
  • Shape and drive global go-to-market strategy, influencing product positioning and pricing
  • Leads customer advocacy by owning the end-to-end journey, integrating feedback into strategy, and developing measurable approaches to customer satisfaction, NPS, and lifetime value
  • Deliver on key business metrics: revenue growth, NPS, CAC/LTV, margin contribution
  • Align and energise cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, balancing speed with scale to drive revenue and margin
  • Lead Product and Engineering to influence product strategy and roadmap based on market feedback and customer insights, and ensure delivery is efficient and accurate
  • Lead Customer Support and Service to deliver customer satisfaction, meet SLA targets effectively and efficiently for both Membr software support and our value-added service contact centre
  • Be a key driver of Xplor’s overall strategy in the Fitness & Wellbeing vertical
