Join Dozuki as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Management professional to champion company culture, drive digital transformation, and lead HR initiatives. You will leverage data-driven insights to improve employee satisfaction and retention. This role requires extensive experience in HR, talent management, and onboarding, as well as a strong understanding of employment law. You will be responsible for developing and implementing company culture initiatives, managing dispersed teams, and utilizing HRIS systems. The ideal candidate is a change agent, proactive problem-solver, and skilled communicator who can work effectively with C-suite leaders. Requirements
- 7+ years of Human Resources Generalist and Talent Management experience
- 3+ years working in an HR capacity for dispersed teams across multiple states
- 5+ years of experience with Paylocity or similar HRISβs
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing successful onboarding processes including leadership development
- 2+ years of experience with OP&F (Occupational Planning & Forecasting)
- 5+ years of experience creating and implementing company culture initiatives
- Outstanding understanding of employment law
- Outstanding customer focus to create stakeholder and candidate experience, ability to build and maintain relationships
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement successful onboarding processes including leadership development
- Create and implement company culture initiatives
- Utilize tools such as employee satisfaction surveys, attrition data, exit interviews, and the like to create roadmaps for future improvement and success
- Diplomatically present ideas to C-Suite leaders using a βHelp me, help youβ mentality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in technology-centric environments, SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Experience researching and developing compensation plans and career pathing
- PHRca/PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required
