Global Corporate Partnership Manager

Summary

The Global Corporate Partnership Manager at Equality Now will drive corporate giving and engagement campaigns, identify and cultivate corporate partners, and manage brand partnerships to grow a revenue stream annually. This remote position requires a minimum of 5 years’ frontline fundraising experience with at least three years managing a high-level corporate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and solicit both existing and prospective corporate partners to build and regularly refresh a portfolio of 50-75 corporate donors and prospects
• Drive strategy for the corporate portfolio, including setting an annual goal for both direct programmatic support, and gala sponsorships
• Solicit corporate gifts, grants and sponsorships, collaborating with colleagues to frame the best and most compelling ask in alignment with organizational priorities
• Manage brand partnerships, collaborating with members of the global communications team to craft creative, mutually-beneficial partnership opportunities
• Support the planning and execution of our annual gala in New York, including identifying and soliciting corporate sponsorship prospects
• Drive strategy for brand partnership engagement for our annual gala and International Women's Day
• Manage up and provide support to the Global Director of Development and Global Executive Director
• Conduct donor meetings and implement cultivation and stewardship activities
• Accurately track cultivation and stewardship activities and needs for corporate donors, partners and prospects
• Collaborate with programmatic, finance, communications, and development colleagues and develop a strong network of external allies
