Summary
Join Wellhub's dynamic Wellbeing Engagement team as a Global Engagement Specialist. You will lead and execute global B2B2C engagement programs to boost client adoption and drive value. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across regions, crafting engagement strategies and communication. Analyze data to improve strategies and processes, ensuring a client-centric approach. Develop internal and external resources to enable team implementation of action plans. Contribute to Wellhub's mission of making every company a wellness company.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in project management, strategic planning, consumer and market insights
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Good writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills) to align expectations, clear goals and deadlines with key stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving within tight deadlines and time management, understanding the urgency and complexity of the activities and managing the execution accordingly
- Experience in building reports, showcasing analytical mindset
- Have a sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with eagerness to learn and grow with hands-on mindset
- Ability to adapt to new scenarios and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Google package, such as Google Sheets, Slides, Locker
Responsibilities
- Project Management: own the end-to-end execution of global B2B2C engagement initiatives — organizing priorities, aligning expectations, providing visibility to stakeholders, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across regions. You’ll be responsible for turning plans into action with clarity and consistency
- Cross-Functional and Cultural Collaboration : partner with key stakeholders across regions and Client Success, Value Management, Partners, Revenue Marketing, and Product to co-create initiatives, gather feedback, identify local scenarios and opportunities, and bring them into the process. You will act as a connector between global strategy and local execution
- Engagement Strategies: shape and bring ideas to life by crafting the storytelling and communication strategy of each initiative, and rolling out scalable programs, campaigns, and materials across a variety of themes — from new features to wellbeing programs — driving value and engagement for both clients and their employees
- Data Analysis & Insights : analyze both qualitative and quantitative feedback from engagement initiatives to uncover pain points, spot new opportunities, and continuously improve strategies and processes. Your ability to connect insights to action will elevate the impact of our programs
- Client-Centric Mindset: you will keep the client at the heart of every decision made during conversations and processes and will get closer to commercial teams from different regions to map scenarios and opportunities
- Team Enablement: you will develop internal and external decks and conduct presentations to enable our internal teams to implement action plans with their own clients
