Join WorkMotion's Operational Excellence team as a Global HR Specialist and contribute to building a world without borders for HR solutions. You will be the primary expert on Italian HR legislation, ensuring compliance and smooth operations for our Italian entity. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining country-specific HR policies, monitoring workforce compliance, conducting internal audits, and optimizing HR processes. You will collaborate with various teams to align processes globally and address internal and external queries. Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in HR setup and operations, with mandatory expertise in Italy HR legislation
- Proven experience in internal audits and regulatory compliance
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to handle complex, multi-country HR projects
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Passionate about building scalable and compliant HR processes
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary expert on Italy HR legislation, ensuring compliance and smooth operations for our Italian entity
- Build knowledge and processes for HR Compliance in Italy, and other countries as needed, to support business needs
- Develop and maintain country-specific HR policies and processes, enabling compliant and efficient operations in diverse regulatory environments
- Use WorkMotion's platform to monitor workforce compliance and operational metrics across countries, ensuring adherence to local regulations
- Prepare and analyze workforce reports to track onboarding, offboarding, and overall workforce status for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify risks or discrepancies in workforce compliance through reporting and propose corrective actions
- Provide the Operations Team with actionable, country-specific knowledge for compliant hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Develop and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Create and standardize scalable HR processes across our global entities, focusing on Italy and other countries
- Streamline workflows to improve operational efficiency while maintaining a high level of compliance and quality
- Be a subject-matter for HR related queries in Italy, addressing external and internal queries with clarity and accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and other teams to align processes globally
Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience in Portugal, Spain, or other European countries is highly desirable
