Summary
The job is for a Global Sales Enablement Manager at Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a fast-growing CRM suite company. The role involves creating and implementing essential materials for the sales team to enhance their efficiency and impact. The position requires 4 to 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or a similar role, excellent communication skills, proficiency in content development and training program development, strong collaboration skills, understanding of SaaS and the technology industry, and knowledge of English and French.
Requirements
- 4 to 5+ years of experience
- Experience in Sales Enablement or a similar role and a background in Sales or business
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in content development and training program development
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse teams and personalities
- Sound understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
- Excellent command of English and French, with proven experience in a multicultural environment
Responsibilities
- Enhance the efficiency and impact of the Sales Team
- Create essential materials (knowledge base, learning & enablement processes and training content, etc.)
- Ensure seamless adoption of the created materials by the team
- Focus on onboarding, learning, development, and professional growth of all team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Notions of instructional design (ADDIE model, adult learning theories, Bloomβs taxonomy, etc.) are a plus
- Knowledge of the North American market is a plus
- Knowledge of the following tools is also a plus: Rise Up, Notion, Salesforce, Canva
