Summary

The job is for a Global Sales Enablement Manager at Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a fast-growing CRM suite company. Requirements

  • 4 to 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in Sales Enablement or a similar role and a background in Sales or business
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in content development and training program development
  • Strong collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse teams and personalities
  • Sound understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
  • Excellent command of English and French, with proven experience in a multicultural environment

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the efficiency and impact of the Sales Team
  • Create essential materials (knowledge base, learning & enablement processes and training content, etc.)
  • Ensure seamless adoption of the created materials by the team
  • Focus on onboarding, learning, development, and professional growth of all team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Notions of instructional design (ADDIE model, adult learning theories, Bloom’s taxonomy, etc.) are a plus
  • Knowledge of the North American market is a plus
  • Knowledge of the following tools is also a plus: Rise Up, Notion, Salesforce, Canva
