Join Feedzai as the VP of Global Partnerships to develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy, building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional results. This role is pivotal in setting the direction for Feedzai's global partnerships, working closely with multiple teams and departments across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global partner strategy that aligns with Feedzai's overall business objectives
  • Work closely with Feedzai's sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives
  • Identify and prioritize key geographies and partner types (e.g. System Integrators, Referral, OEMs, Resellers, Technology) to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
  • Define and execute partnership models including sell to, sell with, sell through, deliver with, and delivery partners
  • Oversee governance and associated policies for the partner program
  • Manage the partner-oriented back-office and tech stack, including a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system
  • Manage reporting , and partner compensation to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Build and lead a high-performing global partner management team
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and excellence
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key partners across all regions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration, ensuring that mutual goals are met
  • Design and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, sales, technical training, and marketing support, driving partner engagement and growth
  • Support the recruitment of partners by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.Leverage partners in Feedzai’s go-to-market efforts, including case studies, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the performance of partner programs, using data-driven insights to optimize and scale
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across regions and partner types
  • Champion the voice of the partner within Feedzai, advocating for partner needs and opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed partner-related revenue and growth targets
  • Ensure the successful delivery of partner-led implementations and customer solutions
  • Continuously evaluate and improve partner performance and satisfaction
