Summary

Join Storyblok, a growing, fully remote global SaaS company, as a Sales and Go-To-Market Enablement Manager. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement sales training strategies aligned with organizational goals. This key role involves designing and delivering tailored training programs, measuring their effectiveness, and coaching sales peers. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and delivering global training programs
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing sales training strategies and content for senior-level professionals and diverse sales teams
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience partnering with external vendors and managing relationships to create impactful training solutions
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness, measure ROI, and report on training outcomes
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training platforms
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously across multiple regions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a training partner to assess Sales training and development needs, collaborating with the Sales leadership team and Senior Manager of Talent Management to create a comprehensive enablement strategy
  • Ensure that training solutions are aligned with organizational goals and performance metrics
  • Continuously evaluate the impact of training programs and refine the strategy to maximize effectiveness and drive desired results
  • Develop career progression pathways for Sales teams, along with training and development programs that promote a strong talent pipeline and support internal mobility
  • Be part of Go-to-Market transformation or change initiatives that have cross-functional impact
  • This includes conducting change impact analysis, coordinating project activities to activate change communication and training efforts, and working closely with Product, Communication, Product Marketing, and all Enablement teams to ensure alignment and holistic training delivery
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs in collaboration with the above mentioned teams
  • Where external partners are involved, manage vendor relationships, oversee content delivery, and assess training outcomes to ensure impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet shared training goals and objectives
  • Design and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales training programs (e.g., feedback surveys, post-training performance tracking, ROI analysis)
  • Regularly evaluate the impact of training initiatives on sales performance, adapting strategies based on data and insights
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to fellow sales training peers, fostering a collaborative learning environment
  • Share best practices, offer guidance, and help elevate the skills and impact of the broader training team
  • Be an extended support to the Senior Vice President of sales to coach Sales leaders
  • Serve as a thought leader in developing innovative, cutting-edge approaches to ramp up sales and customer success professionals
  • Introduce new methodologies and technologies to enhance learning and performance acceleration
  • Collect feedback from participants and leadership to continuously improve the relevance, impact, and effectiveness of training programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global or multinational sales organization
  • Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, MEDDIC)
  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, RISE, Captivate)
  • Certification in sales training methodologies or instructional design is a plus
