Requirements

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • A strong interest in project planning, scheduling, and control
  • A willingness to learn MS Project and Primavera P6 (training will be provided)
  • Strong attention to detail, with good analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and a passion for building a career in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules for multidiscipline design projects from concept through to facility delivery
  • Learn to integrate supplier/contractor programs and schedules into the Master Project Program
  • Assist in planning, developing, and maintaining Master Schedules and Resource Plans
  • Support the identification and management of critical paths, and report on critical and near-critical tasks
  • Assist in tracking project schedule changes and related documentation
  • Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and project planners to ensure adherence to the overall Master Project Plan
  • Participate in internal and external schedule reviews and risk assessments
  • Assist in the preparation of reports such as PERT, Earned Value, and Progress Measure reports, supporting the overall project controls function
