Requirements

  • Strong track record in Strategic Relationship management and/or Project Management experience ideally in the cyber security domain
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Self-starter able to take full ownership of contracts from the point of award
  • Comfortable working at pace in an agile fashion to meet constantly changing client needs
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of and/or an appetite to learn cybersecurity concepts, tools, and technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding of Project Management concepts and methodologies

Responsibilities

  • On-boarding new clients, ensuring an industry leading client experience
  • Leading and attending implementation meetings/workshops (e.g. contract initiation meetings, scoping calls, contract performance reviews)
  • Ensuring Dionach is delivering services to meet/exceed agreed contractual SLAโ€™s and KPIโ€™s
  • Being the clientโ€™s primary point of contact and the figurehead for strategic relationships
  • Developing successful strategic client relationships from the point of contract award onwards
  • Understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Obtaining and acting upon CSAT feedback and lessons learned
  • Using CRM tools to capture and analyse client data to effectively plan and develop strategic client relationships
  • Project managing the implementation of contracted work
  • Effectively communicating project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success
