Summary

Join HubSpot as a Group Product Manager, Demand Management, and lead the vision and strategy for internal-facing demand management products. You will be responsible for ensuring the right leads reach the right sales motion at the right time. This role involves leading a team of PMs, developing critical features for internal sales teams, and executing on a vision to solve customer needs in this space. You will work closely with UX and Engineering, leverage data to drive strategy, and build a high-performing, inclusive product team. The position requires East Coast hours and offers a competitive compensation package.

Requirements

  • Passion for building exemplary internal products
  • Experience building go-to-market products
  • Proven track record of building and leading diverse and inclusive product management teams as a people manager (hiring, performance management, coaching of Product Managers)
  • Ability to form deep partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of PMs responsible for a suite of features critical to internal sales teams
  • Develop and lead the vision and strategy of the internal-facing Demand Management product group
  • Create and execute on the vision of how to best solve for customers in this space
  • Maintain a high bar for product quality while driving an excellent customer experience
  • Determine how to position capabilities as a competitive advantage
  • Drive strategy, product roadmap, and guide new product ideas from concept to launch
  • Work with UX and Engineering to create value and usability for customers
  • Use data to identify opportunities, strategize execution, and partner with stakeholders
  • Support your team with clear expectations and career paths
  • Build psychologically safe and diverse teams and care deeply about inclusion

Benefits

  • Cash compensation range: 183056-292870 USD Annually
  • Base salary, on-target commission (for eligible roles), and annual bonus targets (under HubSpotโ€™s bonus plan for eligible roles)
