Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • 2-5 years of marketing & growth experience with a focus on customer acquisition & retention in a B2C/B2B2C environment
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PPT/Google Slides, design tools, and paid media/performance marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams across different time zones

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content for consumer-facing assets including social media posts, emails, direct mail, webinars, fliers, and more, ensuring consistency across platforms
  • Implement and execute marketing strategies, manage campaign calendars, and update email and mailer reporting dashboards
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Design, Tech, Business Leaders and external vendors to create effective marketing campaigns and strengthen internal and external relationships
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to find the right messaging and optimize campaign performance
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns on a weekly basis
