Responsibilities

• Support the setup of new subreddits, including styling, graphics, and community rules
• Identify, surface, and share content that is most engaging for local audiences
• Develop a deep understanding of the culture and needs of focus communities to tailor content and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies
• Provide feedback on product features (e.g., user onboarding experiences, new feature launches) to ensure they align with the needs of the local market
• Conduct data analysis and research to help guide community growth initiatives and optimize content strategy
