Summary

The Growth Campaign Specialist will play a key role in the company's growth efforts by planning, executing, and analyzing growth campaigns in the rapidly changing cryptocurrency landscape. They will work closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a growth marketing role; experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of growth marketing metrics and data analysis
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry, blockchain technology, and digital wallets
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex ideas succinctly
• Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to rapid change

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and executing growth campaigns aimed at user acquisition and reactivations
• Analyze and report on performance metrics of our growth initiatives, using data to inform future decisions
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the cryptocurrency space
• Collaborate closely with other teams such as CRM, data analytics and product to ensure aligned and effective growth strategies
• Assist in the development of effective growth frameworks based on learnings from both successful and unsuccessful campaigns
