  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO and related strategies
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in pulling data and building reports within CRM systems, Redash, etc
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and developing scripts for marketing campaigns
  • Experience with growth hacking techniques and strategies

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and measure experiments to boost traffic and engagement on hcaptcha.com
  • Partner with Sales Operations to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for hCaptcha web properties, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage relationships with external organizations to drive co-marketing activities, referral partnerships, and more
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and refine existing strategies
