Growth Headquarters Manager

Summary

Join Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, as a Growth Manager in Argentina. You will lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets, building and developing a growth team to support the business in the region. This role involves owning results, goals, and strategic decisions within a specific business line, contributing to Fever's key markets, and taking part in global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry. You will enhance company performance across different business departments, define new strategies to increase performance, and design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy
• At least +8 years experience in a business analytics role and proven to have managed teams
• A high level of English
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Generate high business impact based on your decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker

Responsibilities

• Lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets
• Create and develop a whole team of growth that will support the business in the region
• Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development
• Fully own the results, evolution, goals, and strategic decisions within a specific business line
• Take part in the exponential growth of fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry
• Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments which work together in the creation of new plans and events
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills
• Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish is a plus
• Experience working with the North American market is a plus
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
• Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
