Growth Manager

Summary

Join Collectors, a leading innovator in collectible technology, as a Growth Manager on the Retail Growth team at PSA! This high-visibility role will impact all areas of the PSA retail business, requiring you to lead growth initiatives, conduct market research, and collaborate with various teams. You will leverage data to drive experimental approaches to scaling existing and new business lines. The ideal candidate possesses strong growth strategy knowledge and excels in problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant product, marketing or consulting role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented
• Self-starter and natural problem solver that thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Capable of managing ambiguity, simplifying complex problems, and coming up with creative solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives that create value for our customers and the business
• Partner with product, marketing, sales and data teams to drive these efforts and deliver results
• Take an experimental approach to scaling existing and new business lines
• Leverage data to create hypotheses, design and run tests, evaluate results, and iterate to success
• Obsess over the customer experience to identify new opportunities, synthesize insights and make recommendations to stakeholders
• Conduct research on market trends, the competitive landscape, and new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the collectibles industry or D2C eCommerce
