Summary
Join PocketHealth as a Senior Product Manager, Growth and help drive ambitious product growth strategies. You will define and execute a comprehensive product growth strategy, introduce novel experimentation methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires 5+ years of B2C Product Management experience in a high-growth SaaS startup, a data-driven mindset, and proven ability to drive growth across user acquisition, conversion, and revenue. You will own critical prioritization decisions and possess technical fluency. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2C Product Management (in a high-growth SaaS startup) with experience owning and continually improving growth metrics
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to blend quantitative analysis and user research to inform experiments, measure impact, and quickly iterate or pivot as needed
- Proven ability to drive growth across user acquisition, conversion, and revenue through testing, measuring impact, and scaling or cutting initiatives
- A balanced approach to growth, effectively prioritizing between new initiatives and incremental optimizations
- A strong desire to understand the problem space and opportunities to improve the patient experience
- The ability to operate with an extreme sense of ownership and eagerness to be hands on to support your team where needed which could include testing, vendor evaluation, writing copy, or other tasks required to ensure the success of your product area
- Technical fluency and the ability to discuss technical considerations that impact product decisions with the drive to learn more where necessary
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive product growth strategy aligned with business objectives with accountability for key growth metrics
- Introduce novel experimentation method (beyond just A/B testing) across the entire product, rapidly designing, building, and iterating on acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, and product functionality to drive growth
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Business Operations, Engineering, and other product teams) to share insights, identify opportunities, and drive unified growth initiatives
- Communicate ideas, progress, and results to stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of product decisions and direction
- Own critical prioritization decisions, adapting team processes as needed to optimize delivery and ensuring they are always focused on the most impactful work
