Remote Growth Manager

Summary

Join a dynamic team at Kyte as a Manager of Growth and take ownership of Paid Search/App channel management, strategy development, and optimization. Drive growth and fleet utilization while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of paid channel experience, within high-performing agencies or brands
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads and ability to grow and optimize the account; 2+ years of experience running Google Ads
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, 2+ years of experience running Meta ads
• Experience scaling accounts from zero to 6-7 figures monthly while maintaining efficiency
• Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and metrics (e.g., lift testing, incrementally, attribution, retention, ROAS, LTV/CAC)
• Experience working closely with Analytics, Engineering, Creative
• Experience and ability to work efficiently in spreadsheets and BI platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage Kyte’s Paid Search and App campaigns across Google and Bing, driving growth and fleet utilization with an eye for spend efficiency
• Launch Meta ads, setting up the account for success and working with other team members to acquire and test high-performing creative
• Launch Podcast program, establishing processes and best practices
• Implement a scalable, systematic creative testing program based on consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, channel best practices and outcomes
• Work with Chief Growth Officer determine appropriate KPIs and targets for each paid channel and continuously optimize spend allocation across channels and campaigns
• Work with Analytics to implement and audit necessary tracking and reporting
• Identify and test new, promising channel opportunities as well as vendors and creative sources
• Identify opportunities for automation to drive efficiency and performance and work with Analytics or Engineering to implement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving local (market-specific) growth
• Experience with Meta creative optimization at scale
• Experience with conversion tracking implementation; ability to audit and improve CAPI and other tracking implementation
• Experience with Segment event setup and management
• Experience with Mode BI platform
