- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to adapt to new trends quickly
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with influencers
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics like CAC, Conversion rate, and churn
Responsibilities
- +Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- +Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- +Plan and distribute short-form content to boost engagement and brand visibility
- +Optimise SEO and build a content strategy to improve search rankings
- +Execute email marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with main marketing funnels
- +Engage with users to gather insights and improve the platform
- +Analyze marketing data to track performance, optimise campaigns, and uncover growth opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design or the logo design industry
- Knowledge of using AI tools and automation, then applying it in a marketing context
- Experience with tools like Photoshop, CapCut, figma, and other design software
- Familiarity with SaaS environments or startups

- Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 per month, depending on experience*
