Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience with proven success in lead generation and pipeline contribution
- Execution-oriented, scrappy, and comfortable in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- Experience managing agency relationships with 7-figure budgets and an ability to provide strategic direction while ensuring seamless execution
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CMI, CPA, CPC, CPL & LTV) and ability to optimize for lead quality and volume
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ABM platforms (6sense preferred), CTV, TikTok, and Meta
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and forecasts
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with an ability to present complex information to executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Own the B2B paid marketing strategy and drive qualified leads monthly through multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, retargeting, and other emerging channels
- Manage our performance marketing agency, providing strategic direction and ensuring campaign execution aligns with integrated marketing initiatives
- Maintain budget efficiency targets while improving lead quality scores and conversion rates through continuous optimization
- Audit current programs and develop a testing roadmap for creative, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and new channels
- Conduct quarterly channel audits with our agency partner to identify new pipeline opportunities within the HR/benefits space
- Collaborate with our brand design team to develop high-performing ads, content, landing pages, and other campaign deliverables that resonate with HR and benefits decision-makers
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Events, PMM, and CS to align channel plans to top-, mid-, and bottom-funnel objectives
- Manage paid marketing budget across channels, working closely with the Director of Growth Campaigns on forecasting and reporting to leadership
- Track and report on key metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, ROAS, and cost per opportunity, providing weekly performance updates to the growth team
- Stay current on trends in B2B healthcare marketing, employee benefits industry developments, and platform updates that affect our target audience
