Summary
Join Method, a company revolutionizing consumer finance through APIs, as their Growth Marketer. You will be a key player in a collaborative team, shaping and enhancing pipeline generation initiatives. Responsibilities include developing ABM strategies, managing lead generation, optimizing paid acquisition channels, and collaborating with sales and product marketing. This role requires extensive experience in growth and account-based marketing, expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems, and strong analytical skills. The position offers a competitive salary and can be based in Austin, New York City, or Washington D.C.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
- 2+ years of experience in account-based marketing, tailored to Enterprise and Strategic sales motions
- Expert in core marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC)
- Proficient in next-generation AI-focused tooling (e.g. Clay) and modern demand generation strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought leader, playing a key role in shaping and enhancing Methodβs pipeline generation initiatives
- Develop account based marketing (ABM) strategies, design campaigns for new products and features, manage lead generation initiatives, and perform market research
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring a balance between efficiency and scale
- Work closely with the sales team to refine lead scoring, ensure MQLs are high-quality, and improve the handoff process between marketing and sales
- Work closely with the GTM and product marketing team to develop and publish engaging content that attracts our ideal customer profile
- Manage and optimize our growth/marketing tech stack, including CRM (SFDC) and other tools (Hireframe, Outreach, Clay, Apollo, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations on where we can continue to develop our strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FinTech
- Experience with API-first companies
- Experience working in a start-up environment
Benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is: $125,000 - $175,000
