Summary
Join Headway's Growth Marketing team and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the therapy healthcare marketplace. We're building brand new growth channels and products, and you'll launch high-velocity experiments and expand our existing growth marketing channels. Develop Headway's affiliate marketing strategy, work with a cross-functional team on new product features, and craft multi-channel campaign plans. Leverage data insights to identify new segmentation strategies, monitor campaign performance, and spearhead the national launch and expansion of affiliate efforts. This is a high-growth startup environment where you'll own end-to-end initiatives and contribute to our mission of improving mental healthcare access.
Requirements
- Have 4-6+ years experience as a growth marketer or builder/operator in high-growth environments
- Have an empathetic, customer-centric approach that keeps the customer experience at the center
- Be data-driven - love to dig into the numbers and details to derive new insights and identify new opportunities
- Thrive in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment
- Be excited by the opportunity to own end to end initiatives and metrics, from high level strategy as well as roll-up the sleeves work to get things done
- Have a proven track record of setting targets and creating a strategic framework to consistently meet them
- Be experienced in working with cross functional teams and launching new scrappy initiatives
Responsibilities
- Develop Headwayβs affiliate marketing strategy by identifying potential partners and supporting the growth of the partner pipeline
- Work with a dynamic cross-functional team to create new product features and craft the ideal new product experience for new partners
- Craft a multi-channel campaign plan for partner acquisition, optimizing existing channel tactics and introducing emerging trends through high velocity experimentation
- Leverage customer and data insights to identify opportunities for new segmentation strategies
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments to outreach efforts based on iterative key learnings
- Track and analyze program performance, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Spearhead the launch and expansion of our affiliate efforts nationally with the support of cross functional partners

Experience with affiliate programs, B2B, and/or marketplaces

- Salary information is based on a single salary target per role and is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C) Group A: $135,000 Group B: $122,500 Group C: $108,000
