Join Care Access as our Growth Marketing Manager and become the crucial link between our digital marketing team and our technical and SEO-driven digital efforts. This role demands a blend of technical skills, UX/UI knowledge, and data-driven decision-making to optimize digital experiences, enhance search performance, and boost conversions. You will own and execute SEO strategies, conduct site audits, implement A/B testing, collaborate with developers and designers, manage website performance metrics, and build data-driven reports. This remote position requires less than 10% travel and offers a competitive benefits package. We seek a detail-oriented and strategic individual with 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital growth, proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with various analytics tools.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in SEO, technical marketing, and digital user experience
- Be comfortable using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Have experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, Hotjar, or similar tools
- Understand UX/UI principles and how to design intuitive, high-converting digital experiences
- Excel at diagnosing website issues, optimizing performance, and improving conversion pathways
- Be able to work across teams, bridging the gap between marketing, developers, and content creators
- See the big picture but also execute with precision
- Have a Bachelorβs degree in Marketing or a similar field
Responsibilities
- Own and execute SEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page optimizations, structured data, page speed improvements)
- Conduct site audits and provide recommendations to enhance organic search rankings and user engagement
- Implement A/B testing and UX improvements to optimize conversion rates and reduce friction
- Collaborate with developers and designers to modify and optimize the digital user experience (landing pages, forms, mobile UX, etc.)
- Track, analyze, and improve website performance metrics (page speed, user flow, bounce rates)
- Manage and improve tracking pixels, tags, and analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio)
- Oversee schema markup, metadata optimization, and internal linking strategies
- Build dashboards and reports to track SEO performance, website engagement, and conversion rates
- Develop strategies to improve our customer acquisition funnel, with a focus on usability and accessibility
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, and operations) to drive data-backed marketing strategies
- Partner with content, creative, and paid media teams to align digital marketing initiatives with SEO and user experience best practices
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in search, web performance, and digital UX to implement cutting-edge solutions
- Ensure all digital experiences are optimized for both search engines and real users (UX/UI best practices)
