Summary

Join Stripe's Growth Marketing team as a Growth Marketing Manager and drive global marketing efforts supporting self-serve user acquisition. You will design, implement, and optimize scaled lifecycle campaigns across user segments, create engaging email marketing campaigns and multi-channel experiences, and leverage data-driven techniques for personalization. Responsibilities include driving campaign ideation and execution, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Minimum requirements include 7+ years of work experience, 5+ years in marketing campaign design and launch, and 3+ years in campaign performance analysis, marketing brief writing, and leveraging data and ML-driven techniques. Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of work experience, email marketing/CRM experience, B2B marketing experience, and experience with specific marketing tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role designing and launching campaigns
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and taking action on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • 3+ years of experience writing marketing briefs
  • 3+ years of experience leveraging data and ML-driven techniques

Responsibilities

  • Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product notifications to drive core business outcomes (e.g., new user acquisition, product activation, revenue)
  • Identify customer needs, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization
  • Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML-based techniques to create personalized experiences at scale
  • Analyze trends, develop actionable insights to optimize against targets, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience
  • 3+ years of email marketing/CRM experience
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and/or Salesloft
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams
